# 农家蒸蛋
## 原料:
- 鸡蛋
- 鸡油
- 清酱汁
- 蚕豆酱
## 步骤:
- 将鸡蛋打成蛋液
- 将 650g 鸡蛋液、30g鸡油、10g清酱汁、20g盐、1800g水、30g蚕豆酱混合并用打蛋器搅拌均匀直至蛋清、蛋黄完全打散
- 过滤:用过滤网滤出蚕豆酱残渣;
- 蒸制:蒸柜上汽后,蒸 5 分钟,焖 1 分钟。
