# 白切鸡
## 配料
- 岭南黄(熟)(来自湖州南浔温氏佳味)
- 生抽
- 味极鲜酱油
- 芝麻香油
- 白砂糖
- 葱花
## 步骤
- 1. 白切鸡料配制15 份):生抽 40g、味极鲜 200g、纯净水 200g、白砂糖 50g、葱花 20g、芝麻香油 10g
- 2. 将整鸡分切为宽度 1.5cm、长度 6cm 的块状;
- 3. 每份白切鸡出品时,淋上 30g 白切鸡料。
