# 砂锅番茄米线
## 配料
- 米线
- 西红柿
- 木耳
- 青菜
- 番茄汤膏(番茄酱、白砂糖等)(来自成都圣恩生物)
## 步骤
- 1. 番茄汤底调制10 份3000g 开水中加入500g 番茄汤膏,搅拌均匀备用;
- 2. 砂锅中加入50g 西红柿片、50g 木耳、20g 青菜、2g 盐、370g 番茄汤底烧开后下入250g 湿米线,烧开出品。
