# 砂锅原味鸡汤米线
## 原料:
- 米线
- 西红柿
- 木耳
- [老鸡汤](/汤/老鸡汤.md)
- 老母鸡块
- 青菜
## 步骤:
- 1. 每只鸡用2g 盐均匀揉搓鸡表皮冷藏20 分钟;
- 2. 每500g 老母鸡加入16g 盐、60g 鸡油、2500g 水烧开后炖制60 分钟,备用;
- 3. 砂锅中放入50g 西红柿、50g 木耳、20g 青菜、50g 鸡块、2g 盐、400g 老鸡汤烧开后下入250g 湿米线,烧开出品。
