## 步骤

1. 取800g 西芹、400g 花生米、30g 红椒,放入沸水中汆烫1分钟捞出;

||||
2. 汆烫好的配菜用纯净水冲凉后备用;
|
||||
3. 在冷却后的西芹、花生米、红椒中加入6g 盐、6g 鸡精、30g芝麻香油,翻拌出品。
