# 口水鸡
## 配料
- 岭南黄(熟)(来自湖州南浔温氏佳味)
- 口水鸡底料(来自成都圣恩)
- 拌菜红油
- 蒜末
- 藤椒油
- 熟白芝麻
- 葱花
## 步骤
- 1. 口水鸡料配制5 份125g 口水鸡底料、125g 拌菜红油、15g 蒜末、8g 藤椒油、50g 纯净水、20g 熟白芝麻;
- 2. 整鸡分切为宽度 1.5cm、长度 6cm 的块状;
- 3. 将切好后的鸡块在蒸柜中蒸制 5 分钟;
- 4. 鸡块淋上 60g 口水鸡料,并撒上葱花出品。
