# 香辣牛肉面
## 配料
- 手擀面
- 香辣牛肉(牛胸肉)
- 茶叶蛋
- 牛肉面汤料(咖喱粉、牛油、鸡精等)(老乡鸡中央厨房自制,详细成分、配比与步骤老乡鸡官方未公布,请依据个人口味适量调整)
- 青菜
- 青蒜花
- 香菜
## 步骤
- 1. 汤底调制将150g 牛肉面汤料、20g 姜片、10g 香葱、5000g水烧开后煮20 分钟,捞渣备用;
- 2. 香辣牛肉大火烧开转小火焖煮5 分钟;
- 3. 将220g 手擀面和3 颗青菜放入沸水中煮2 分钟;
- 4. 舀取350g 的汤底于面碗中,放入煮好的面条;
- 5. 将50g 牛肉、3 颗青菜、1 个卤蛋摆放于面条上浇上150g牛肉汤撒上10g 蒜花和5g 香菜末出品。
