# 香芋蒸排骨
## 配料
- 香芋块(荔浦芋头)
- 调理排骨(猪肋排、大豆油、鸡蛋清、玉米淀粉、酱油、料酒、白胡椒等)(老乡鸡中央厨房制作,详细成分与配比官方未公布,请依据个人口味适量调整)
- 调味粉(来自益阳世林食品)
- 熟猪油
## 步骤
- 1. 调味水配制3 份):将 300g 热水、13g 调味粉和 9g 熟猪油混合均匀;
- 2. 取 100g 香芋块放入餐具,将 80g 调理排骨均匀平铺在香芋块上;
- 3. 加入 80g 调味水,直至没过香芋块;
- 4. 蒸柜上汽后,蒸制 18 分钟出品。
