# 葱油鸡
## 配料
- 小母鸡
- 葱油
- 味极鲜酱油

- 香葱
## 步骤
- 1. 葱油鸡调料配制1 份40g 味极鲜酱油、10g 葱油、25g纯净水
- 2. 每 500g 鸡用 5g 盐、3g 鸡精、4g 葱段、2g 姜片腌制 20 分钟;
- 3. 腌制好的小母鸡放入蒸柜中蒸制 25 分钟;
- 4. 将蒸制后的小母鸡取出,分切为宽度 1.5 厘米、长度 6cm的块状
- 5. 菜品出品之前放入蒸柜蒸制 5 分钟,出品时淋上 75g 葱油鸡调料,撒上 1g 葱花点缀。
