# 砂锅蒜蓉粉丝虾

## 原料:

||
- 开背虾
|
||
- 粉丝
|
||
- 金针菇
|
||
- 蒜蓉酱
|
||
- 豉油汁
|
||
- 红椒
|
||
|
||
## 步骤:
|
||
|
||
- 1. 调味酱配制(10 份):600g 蒜蓉酱、50g 红椒粒,搅拌均匀备用;
|
||
- 2. 将50g 金针菇、100g 湿粉丝平铺在砂锅中;
|
||
- 3. 6 个开背虾尾部朝中间摆放一圈;
|
||
- 4. 将65g 调味酱平铺虾肉上,淋上30g 豉油汁,烧开后煮4 分30 秒,撒1g 葱花出品。
