# 砂锅盐焗鸡
## 原料:
- 盐焗鸡(来自湖州南浔温氏佳味食品)
- 洋葱
- 大豆油
- 姜丝
## 步骤:
- 1. 10 份姜油炒制100g 大豆油烧至180℃下入30g 姜末,炒香备用;
- 2. 将20g 洋葱丝平铺在砂锅底部放入150g 切好的盐焗鸡淋入25g 姜油,烧开后出品。
