## 原料:

||||
- 盐焗鸡(来自湖州南浔温氏佳味食品)
|
||||
- 洋葱
|
||||
- 大豆油
|
||||
- 姜丝
|
||||
|
||||
## 步骤:
|
||||
|
||||
- 1. 10 份姜油炒制:100g 大豆油烧至180℃,下入30g 姜末,炒香备用;
|
||||
- 2. 将20g 洋葱丝平铺在砂锅底部,放入150g 切好的盐焗鸡,淋入25g 姜油,烧开后出品。
